Obituary for Andrew Graybush

Andrew Graybush, 79, of Piscataway, passed away on November 3, 2017 in Somerville.

Born in Newark to the late Andrew and Rita (Duff) Graybush and raised in East Orange, Andrew was a graduate of Bloomfield Technical School before attending Middlesex County College.

Mr. Graybush served in the United States Air National Guard and went on to work as an Soil Erosion Specialist with the Susssex and Hudson Essex Passaic Soil Conservation for 25 years.

Andrew was a devout Catholic who was active with Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church in Piscataway and facilitated Italian classes within the church. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus and a former Scout Master at Our Lady of Fatima. Mr. Graybush was always learning new things and enjoyed meeting new people and sharing life stories. He learned how to make his own wine, and enjoyed the outdoors especially gardening, fishing, hunting and hiking. Andrew was most recently a crossing guard in Piscataway. He centered his life around his family and cherished the quality time spent together.

He was preceded in death by his dear brother William Graybush.

Surviving are his beloved wife Kathi Camporini, his dear children Andrew John Graybush and Mary Ellen Paz and husband Gary, his step children, Donna Greene and husband Michael and James Richner, his cherished grandchildren, Christian, Sydney, Daniel, Thomas, Jacob, and Luke, his dear siblings, James Graybush and wife Roxanne, Carol Merz and husband Walter, Ruth Auriemma, and Agnes Genova.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 315 1st Street, Westfield.
