Obituary of Giovanna DiMaggio
Giovanna DiMaggio, 91 passed away surrounded by her loving family Thursday, October 2, 2025 at home in Middlesex.
Born in Toretta, Sicily, Giovanna enjoyed gardening, especially planting her rose bushes throughout her property, she was recognized by the Borough of Middlesex several years in a row for having one of the most beautiful landscapes in the community.
Predeceased by her husband, Antonino, surviving are her three sons; John B. DiMaggio of Middlesex, Antonio and his wife Chris also of Middlesex and Salvatore and his wife Jennifer of Basking Ridge and her five grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 in the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846 from 4-8pm.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 8, at 11am St. John Evangelist RC Church, 317 First St. Dunellen, NJ 08812.
Following the funeral mass, Giovanna will be entombment alongside her beloved Antonino at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
