Henry F. Krajewski Iselin - Henry F. Krajewski, 86, died on Friday, January 2, 2009 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Mindoka Pennsylvania, Henry was raised in the Wilkes Barre area. He was a longtime resident of South Plainfield and for the past 13 years Mr. Krajewski resided in Iselin. Henry was the owner and operator of the former K& S Television in South Plainfield. He enlisted in the Army during WWII and served with the 503rd Parachute Infantry Regiment in the 462nd Parachute Field Artillery Battalion. A communicant of St. Cecelia's RC Church in Iselin, Mr. Krajewski was a member of the 503rd Airborne Parachute Association of WWII and a lifetime member of the South Plainfield VFW Memorial Post 6763. He was an avid stamp collector and he enjoyed watching the NY Yankees and the NY Giants but he primarily followed the NJ Nets. He is pre-deceased by his former wife Rose Krajewski and by his 3 brothers. Surviving are his wife Dolores (Toro) Krajewski, his daughter Nancy Lee Komoski of South Plainfield, his step children; Annette Hassel and her husband Eric of West New York, NJ, Barry Shandolow and his wife Debra of Iselin and David Shandolow of Atlanta, GA, his sister Helen Gulick of South Plainfield and his 4 step grandchildren; Aaron, Kyle, Barry Jr. and Jay. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2008 at 9:45 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by an 11:15 AM funeral mass at St. Cecelia's RC Church, Iselin. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2008 from 6-9 PM in the funeral home.
