Elizabeth C. Kennedy, 95 of Piscataway passed away August 30, 2014. Born in Harrisburg, PA, she grew up in Williamsport, PA before settling in Piscataway in the early 1950's. Elizabeth was a former Head Bank Teller with Edison Bank. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Highland Park, enjoyed crafts and sewing and most importantly cherished her family.Mrs. Kennedy was predeceased by her loving husband, Mr. Leland Kennedy who passed away in 2007 and by her 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Surviving are her children, John and Diana Kennedy of Piscataway and Elizabeth Jane and Earl Nielsen of New Mexico; her grandchildren, David and Michelle Nielsen, Richard and Rumi Nielsen, Donna and A.G. Gamboa, Scott and Eilene Nielsen, Karen and Eric Buckelew and Kevin and Elaine Kennedy; her eight grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 am at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Rd., Piscataway, NJ 08854. Interment will be in the Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick.
