Green Brook, NJ - Ann R. Donaruma, 88, entered into eternal life in the early hours of Wednesday, August 27, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Born in Bound Brook, NJ to her late parents Anthony and Lena (Pirola) Ragnoni, she was a lifelong resident of Middlesex before moving to her daughter's residence in Green Brook in 2010.After twenty-five years of employment, Ann retired in 1988 from the Human Resource Department of Somerset Medical Center. She belonged to the Tri-County Senior Citizens and the Canal Walk Seniors. Ann loved to dance, was an avid card player and in her younger years, she was quite the bowler.Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Ralph of thirty-eight years, her sisters Nancy Somma and Elenore Leone and her son-in-law James F. Rutkowski.Ann is survived by her children; Diane Rutkowski of Green Brook and Lenore Vischetti and her husband Joseph of Middlesex, her grandchildren; Christopher and Rebeca Rutkowski of Middlesex, Dean and Kati Rutkowski and Jamie and Matt Griffin all of Bound Brook and Anthony Vischetti of Middlesex and her great-grandchildren; James, Maya and Brayden Rutkowski. She is also survived by her two sisters; Ida Somma of Toms River and Ella Ferraro of New Providence. At the request of the family, services have been entrusted to Middlesex Funeral Home. Due to a scheduling conflict, visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Graveside services will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
