Middlesex, NJ Eulogia Chang, 83, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at her son's home. Born in Limu, Peru, she was a chef and business owner in Peru before moving to Middlesex in 2012.Eulogia leaves behind her loving and devoted family; sons Carlos and Felix, daughter Graciela Alarcon and her husband Hernando all of Middlesex, her nine cherished grandchildren; Andrea Donohue and her husband Brian, Barbara DiBella and her husband Christopher, Maria Fernanda Alarcon, Daniel Alarcon, Carlos, Felix, Katherine, Stephanie and Steven Phang and two adored great-grandchildren; Brian and Sean Donohue.Visitation will be held in the Middlesex Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm and on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 from 8:15am until 8:45am.Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 8:45am followed by a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Parish in Middlesex. Committal prayers will follow in the Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum within Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
