Obituary of Corazon Doquesa

Corazon Doquesa, 60, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 surrounded by her family at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born and raised in Cali Dumangas ILOILO, Philippines, Corazon resided in East Orange, Irvington and Iselin prior to settling to Piscataway. Mrs. Doquesa was employed at JFK Medical Center in Edison as a Nutrition Assistant in the Food Services Dept. for 35 years. She will fondly be remembered as a loving fashionable heartwarming lady who was often wearing a smile and will be deeply missed by all knew her. Corazon enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her dogs. Corazon is survived by her loving husband Danilo; daughter, Vanessa and son Anthony and his wife Sul all of Piscataway; sisters, Elda Jadoc of Iselin Elizabeth Paguntalan and her husband Emmanuel of South Plainfield and sister in-law, Eden Dela Cruz of Irvington. Also surviving are numerous extended loving relatives and dear friends in the Philippines and the USA. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9PM in the Piscataway Funeral Home 18 Stelton Rd. Piscataway, NJ 08854. Funeral Services will begin at 9:45AM on Saturday, March 11, 2017 in the funeral home followed by a 10:30AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Piscataway. Interment will take place in the Philippines.
