Piscataway, NJ – Robert T. Durner, 78, passed away on February 28, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Elizabeth to Anna Murin and the late Anthony Durner, Bob spent most of his life in New Jersey, but has lived in Minnesota and Connecticut because of his employment.

Predeceased by his son-in-law Tom Donahue, Jr., Robert leaves behind his loving wife of fifty-three years; Rosemarie (Pristavec) Durner and their children; Annemarie Elko and her husband Thomas of Edison, Mary Donahue and Margaret Durner, both of Piscataway as well as his mother Anna Durner and three grandchildren; Christina, Matthew and Justin Elko.
