Obituary of Clio Day

Clio Day, 75, passed away, Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the Center For Hope Hospice in Elizabeth.
Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, Clio lived in New York City, New Milfiord, NJ as well the Jersey Shore area for several years prior to residing in Florida before recently relocating to Bound Brook.
Devout to her Orthodox faith, Clio was a talented pianist who at one time showcased her talent at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan.
In addition, Clio was a firm believer in Holistic medicine and also practiced the Japanese form of stress reduction and energy healing known as Reiki.
Surviving is her son; Peter Day of Bound Brook, daughter; Andrea Kerr and two grandchildren as well numerous extended relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 5-8pm in the McCriskin – Gustafson Home for Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 beginning at 11am at St. Stephen the Protomartyr Antiochian Orthodox Church, South Plainfield.
Burial will take place privately on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Holy Protection Monastery, White Haven, Pennsylvania.
