Terria Lee Meadows (Terry)
Nov. 19th, 1953 - Apr. 22, 2020
After an unforeseen illness, Terria has been taken home to be with Our Heavenly Father.
The best way to explain Terria's life, is Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is Patient, Love is Kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not
delight in evil but Rejoices with the Truth. It
always Protects, always Trusts, always Hopes,
always Perseveres. Love Never Fails.
Terria touched every Life She came in contact with,
Her Life was and will always be remembered as a True Definition Of Love.
Her Spirit will live on in the lives, of all that were fortunate to have known her.
Terria was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Lou McCune-Milkowski and sister, Lendsay Carlson.
Terria leaves to cherish her memories, loving companion Walter Pozarycki, son; Nakia Lamont Lowrie, daughter and husband; Leekeesha Stacy Lowrie-Wood and Tristen Wood, son and wife; Alexander Paul and Kristy Aboosamara-Lowrie, Sister Diane Meadows, brother and wife; Howard (Lucky) and Maryann Meadows, Father; Stanley (Stosh) Milkowski.
Her life was Blessed with 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, many Nieces and Nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was also Mema to 7 grandchildren through Walter Pozarycki.
Terria’s Life was of one walking with The Lord and living His Word. She was always putting the needs of others before her own; she wouldn’t hesitate to give the shirt off her back to help someone in need. Her Compassion and Love for LIFE and others, wasn’t just limited to family and close friends. Throughout the late 70s into the late 80s while living in East Orange, NJ, she was involved with community, youth, and church groups especially through her involvement with the community By Leading and Organizing the Dolphins Drill Team for several years. The majority of her career was spent in the Nursing Home Industry, over 30 years of dedication, where day in and day out she was dedicated to her residents and their family members, most on personal levels as she would get to know the entire family and be there for them every step of the way and beyond. Her coworkers felt comfort working side by side with her, from her “Happy Today” morning vibes to her late nights making sure everything was in order. Terria’s life is one full of loving memories unique to each individual she touched and who holds her dear. Until we see her again, she will be greatly missed…I Love You, I Love You More, I Love You Most, I Love You Infinity…
