Obituary of Robert R. Krutis Sr.
Middlesex, NJ – Robert Krutis, 81, known to his family and friends as Bob or Rocky, passed away on December 10, 2020 at his residence with his family at his side. Born in Elizabeth to the late Anthony and Eleanor (Brazinski) Krutis, Robert lived in Old Bridge prior to settling to Middlesex.
He retired as a truck driver for JRS Trucking in Raritan. Prior to, Robert worked for Eastern Steel Barrel in Piscataway and was a supervisor with Container Ring located in Elizabeth.
He had a passion for driving big trucks and loved spending time on his boat fishing. After retirement, you could often find Robert relaxing in his yard watching the wildlife or down the shore watching the boats come and go.
Missed by all those that knew him, he leaves behind his family; fiancé Barbara J. Sells of Middlesex, sons Robert and his wife Laurie of Hazlet and Dennis and his wife Patricia of Winfield Park, daughter Kathy Cauda and husband Pete of Bayville and seven grandchildren.
At the request of Robert’s family, all services have been made private with plans for a future memorial service honoring his life to be held at a later date.
