Obituary of Marion S. Perrine
Piscataway – Marion S. Perrine, 86, passed away on Sunday January 24, 2021 at Robert Wood John University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
Born in New Brunswick, Marion has been a resident of Piscataway since 1959. She married Charles Perrine in 1950 and they were the owner of the former Metlars Florist. She is a 59 year member of the Christ United Methodist Church and a member of the Piscataway Elks Lodge #2414.
She enjoyed spending time crocheting, baking, cooking, gardening and arranging flowers, as well as, making blankets and T-shirts for her grandchildren.
Her husband, Charles, her son, Harry, sisters, Dorothy Fisko and Anna Fisko and a brother, Ernest Fisko, have all predeceased her.
Surviving are two daughters, Ellen Perrine and Mary Brett both of Piscataway; four grandsons, Jeff Teal of Piscataway, Cody O’Connor of New Brunswick, Jason Teal and his wife Melissa of South Plainfield and Joey Sarro and his wife Lisa of Edison; nine great grandchildren: Michael, Alex, Nicholas, Jason, Jayne, Joey, Anthony, Paige and Brielle; sister in law, Ruby Fortenberry and a host of nieces and nephews, as well as, extended family members.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 6-8 PM in the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
A Funeral service will be 11AM on Thursday in the Funeral Home with burial to follow in Van Liew Cemetery North Brunswick, NJ.
