Angela Marie Puzzelento
Age: 94 * South Plainfield, NJ
South Plainfield, NJ – Angela Marie (Roselli) Puzzelento, 94, passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home on February 10, 2021. Born in Pescopagano, Italy to the late Giuseppe and Maria (Volga) Roselli, she immigrated to the US in 1928, settling to East Orange and then to South Plainfield in 1973.
Angela worked alongside her husband in the family business; Ben’s Disposal of South Plainfield. In her earlier years, Angela worked for General Electric and General Motors as a bookkeeper and then later for Napa Auto Parts. She loved to read and spend time with her family, especially cooking for their Sunday family dinners.
Predeceased by her husband Biaggio in 2013, sister Nancy Giordano and brother Pat Roselli, Angela leaves behind her three loving daughters; Angela Puzzelento, Linda Smalley and her husband Gary and Donna Alfano, all of South Plainfield; four grandchildren, Joseph and Amanda Smalley and Francis and Lisa Alfano as well as her great-granddaughter Grace Smalley, sister Lee Pratt and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At the request of the family, all services will be held privately and Angela will be laid to rest with her husband at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
Mom, you were a beautiful person; inside and out and we thank you and dad for giving us a great childhood and adult life. We will miss you more than anything, but you are now resting in paradise with dad. Give him a hug and a kiss for us and it is not goodbye, it is see you later.
