Obituary of Arline M McCoy

Piscataway  - Arline M. McCoy, 80, died Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset in Somerville.

Born in Somerville, to the late Veronica and Roswell Hagerty, Arline settled to Piscataway in February 1962.

Arline worked at Ethicon in Somerville NJ until she had a daughter in 1961. She worked for Tower Tool and Plastics in Middlesex NJ as a Plastic Mold Machine Operator then finished out her career at Continental Plastic Containers in Piscataway NJ as a Quality Control Inspector.

Arline was a Communicant at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex NJ and a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed to crochet, knit and make handmade crafts, cook holiday dinners and bake cakes and cookies.

Surviving are her daughter, Cheryl Thalhammer and husband, David; sons, Thomas McCoy and Kevin McCoy Sr., and she will also be missed by her grandson, Kevin McCoy Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11AM in Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.  Family and friends are invited to gather at Piscataway Funeral Home at 10:30AM to process over to the cemetery with the family.
