Obituary of Linda Nickel
Linda Nickel, 75, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset in Somerville.
Born in Somerville, Mrs. Nickel resided in in the greater Bound Brook and Middlesex area her entire life.
A true homemaker at heart who took pride caring for her family, Linda enjoyed working with her hands. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and baking and also liked various puzzles.
In addition, Mrs. Nickel loved going on cruises and was often referred to by her family as the “Cruise Queen.”
She is survived by her husband Richard; daughter, Donna Oliver and her husband Frank all of Middlesex; sons, David Nickel and his wife Suzanne also Middlesex and Richard Nickel and his wife Mary Ann of New Mexico and five grandchildren, Courtney, Bryan, Lisa, Andrew and Adam.
Visitation will begin at 10am followed an 11am funeral service on Friday, August 6, 2021 in the Middlesex Funeral Home 528 Bond Brook Rd Middlesex, NJ 08846.
Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
