My Deepest Heartfelt Condolences ....I grew up accross the street fron Donny, Billy and Susan....Spent many hours over the years talking with the friendly down to earth Tingley Family....Donny and Billy taught my brother and I how to fly kites and about firecracker safety.....Donny was a great and compassionate guy as his chosen field illustrates...It was a privlage to get to know him again over FB the last few years....
