Obituary of Olga Maria Zampella
Olga M. Zampella, 83, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at home.
Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Olga arrived to the United Sates at the age of 17.
Mrs. Zampella lived in Irvington and Plainfield for several years before settling to South Plainfield in 1971 where she raised her family.
In addition to raising her family, her grandson was the joy of her life.
She is predeceased by her husband Lawrence who died in 2016 and is survived by her daughter, Heidi Pellech; son, Lawrence Zampella both of South Plainfield; grandson, David Jr.; aunt, Olga Smith of Piscataway and step great-grandson, Jace.
Cremation services were held privately under the direction of the McCriskin – Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Olga’s cremated remains were placed to rest at Hillside Cemetery Scotch Plains, NJ.
