Obituary of Julie Ann Percarpio
Somerset – Julie Ann Percarpio, 56, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, February 6, 2022.
Born in Paterson, Julie has been a long time resident of Somerset, settling to the township 30 years ago. Julie received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude, in 1987 then went onto New Jersey Institute of Technology to further her education, earning her master’s degree in 1991.
Julie started her career with AT&T as a Senior IT Analyst, went on to J.P. Morgan Chase and then to Bed Bath and Beyond. In 2019, she decided to leave the corporate life and begin life coaching with her own business, Collabavision. Julie also had a love for animals, especially her cat Tiggie; volunteering her time with Second Chance For Animals in Somerset. She also enjoyed traveling and dragon boating.
Surviving are her parents, James and Frances Percarpio; two brothers, Michael Percarpio and wife Jennifer and James and wife Cynthia. Julie was a loving and caring aunt as well to her nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Jillian, Scott and Ariana.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 9:30am at Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854 followed by a funeral mass in Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Piscataway at 10:30am.
Family and friends may gather in the funeral home on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4-7PM.
