Obituary of Barbara A. Heilman
Barbara A. Heilman, 76, died on January 2, 2024 at her residence in Edison. Born in New Rochelle, NY to the late Frank and Helen (Von Bergen) Jahn, Barbara resided in South Plainfield prior to settling in Edison.
She was the former owner of Clinton and 7th Exxon alongside her husband James prior to his death. Barbara was a devoted wife and mother and was always there to lend a hand to family and friends. She was known as a second mom to all and will be missed by those who knew her.
Predeceased by her husband James in 1991, Barbara leaves behind her two sons; James Jr. and Robert F., two grandchildren; Jonathan Heilman and Nicole Heilman-Buenahara and her husband Victor as well as her great-granddaughter Quinn.
Family will receive friends at McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 12:30pm until 1:30pm. Cremation services will follow privately.
