My first job as a nurse was in the intensive care unit of Muhlenberg hospital and Lydia was my head nurse. She took me under her wing and taught me what a truly good nurse does for their patients. She was an amazing nurse and mentor. I will always treasure my memories of those days spent in the unit . Rest in peace Lydia . You so deserve it

I worked with Lydia for 30 years, she was professional and always willing to help others including me. We had so many birthday and holiday celebrations in our office and a lot of laughs, we also had our losses and we helped each other. Lydia was always there with a kind word or a helping hand. Rest in peace my friend. Margaret Canavan

“When riding through the tides of time. Forever you are a friend of mine. “
No quote is truer. Lydia you will always remain in my heart and soul. The bond will never break.
A friend in need always to assist.
Friends since 1975. Special always to me. My mentor at work. You taught me so much in our Nursing field.
You loved my children when they were young as if they were yours.
There are not enough words to describe the unconditional love you had for your children and grandchildren.
Everything in your life was about them.
You were one of the best Nurses Muhlenberg ever had. Your strength, knowledge and compassion aided your patients in their times of healing and or dying.
God has given you your wings. The true Angel of Mercy. Rest easy I love you Lyd.
