Obituary of Judith A Bori

Manahawkin – Judith A. Bori, 83, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at JFK Medical Center.

Born and raised in Bear Creek, PA, she proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era, showcasing her commitment to her nation. After her honorable service, she first resided in Rhode Island before making her permanent home in South Plainfield in the early 1960s.

As a resident of South Plainfield, Judy became an integral part of her community, where she enjoyed a variety of activities with her children that brought her joy. Ultimately, Judy retired to Manahawkin with her husband Bill.

She loved taking trips to Atlantic City as well as taking shopping trips and cooking for her family.

Predeceased by her husband, William Bori and two daughters, Danette Fraiser and Melissa Frink and three brothers, Thomas, Duane and Jack Craig; surviving are her son, John Bori and wife Gail; her two grandsons, William and Daniel Bori, two great grandchildren, sister Elaine Solinski and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are private and under the direction of the McCriskin – Gustafson Home for Funerals, South Plainfield. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
