Liselotte Paoli Plainfield, NJ - Liselotte (Rieger) Paoli, 82, died on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 in Haven Hospice located within JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in Wasserburg, Germany, she had moved to the United States in 1951 where she traveled with her husband and family finally settling to Plainfield in 1963. A devoted housewife, Liselotte spent her time as a homemaker caring for her family and friends. She enjoyed reading and especially loved the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Raymond, her children; daughters Bella Paoli of Plainfield and Carol Blair and her husband Shawn of Piscataway; sons Raymond Jr. Paoli and his wife Disa of Manville and James Paoli and his wife Laticia of Highlands Ranch, CO. She also leaves behind her sister Rosemarie Winden and brother Eogen Rieger both of Germany, her seven grandchildren; Lise, Nina, Mary, James, Taami, Maria and Heidi and her two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 beginning 11:00 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by burial in Hillside Cemetery located in Scotch Plains. Relatives and friends may attend the visitation in the funeral home on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to: St. Jude Children''s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
