Sebastian P. D'Adezzio South Plainfield - Sebastian P. D'Adezzio, 95, died on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the St. Ann's Home for the Aged in Jersey City. Born and raised in Newark, NJ he resided in Jersey City most of his life before settling to South Plainfield in 1986. Mr. D'adezzio was employed by Western Electric in Kearney, NJ as a painter for 25 years before his retirement in June of 1980. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and he was also a member of the Pioneers of America. He is predeceased by his wife, Grace and by his brothers; Anthony, Denner, and Frank D'Adezzio. He is survived by his children; Judith Ciandella and her husband Gerard & Philomena D'Adezzio both of South Plainfield. His three sons, Gennaro and his wife Geraldine, Canio both of South Plainfield and Michael D'Adezzio of Old Bridge and his sister Anne Mariano of Florham Park. Also surviving are his five grandchildren; Lauren, Kristen and Matthew Ciandella, Jennifer Gil and Therese D'Adezzio and his great granddaughter; Juliet Rose Gil. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 10:00 AM Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, South Plainfield. Entombment will follow mass in Resurrection Burial Park Mausoleum, Piscataway, NJ Visitation will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Ann's Home for the Aged, 198 Old Bergen Rd. Jersey City, NJ 07305
