Ronald J. Dabrio South Plainfield - Ronald J. Dabrio, 68, died suddenly on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at his home. Born in Newark, He was raised in Irvington and had resided in Roselle prior to settling to South Plainfield in 1980. Employed as an electrician, Ronald was an union electrician with the I.B.E.W. of Elizabeth for more than thirty years. He had been a member of the former Amvert Volunteer First Aid Squad in Irvington. His hobbies included being a member of the Moonglows Cruisers Club and a boating enthusiast. In addition, he enjoyed restoring motorcycles, cars and boats. He is predeceased by both of his parents. Surviving are his wife, Susan (Toth), his daughter, Jessica of South Plainfield, his two sons, Vincent and his wife Colleen of Jackson and Michael of Matawan. His brother, Larry and his wife Marlene of South Plainfield. His three grandchildren, Erica, Ashley and Nicholas. Also surviving are his two nieces, Kristen and Shannon and numerous additional nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 11:30 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Cremation is private. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home. Donations can be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38104
