Dung Bui

South Plainfield - Dung Bui, 35, died suddenly on July 15, 2007 at home.

Born and raised Vietnam, Dung came to the United States in 1985 living in Plainfield before moving to South Plainfield 15 years ago.

An avid guitar player and singer, Dung was a machinist for Legend Machine and Grinding in Somerville.

He is predeceased by his mother Doan Thi Toan Bui.

Surviving are his father Toan Van Bui of Vietnam, 3 sisters; Son Bui Thi, Hoa Bui Thi Kim, Phuong Bui Thi, Cuc Bui Thi, and Huong Bui Thi, and by his brother Gia Bui. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2007 beginning at 8:00 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield.

Cremation will take place at Rosehill Cemetery, Linden.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2007 from 6-9 PM and on Friday, July 20, 2007 from 9 AM- 12:00 PM and 6-9 PM in the funeral home.
