Dominick A. Scotto Hamburg, NJ - Dominick A. Scotto, 88, died on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Milford Manor located in West Milford. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dominick has lived in New Jersey since 2001. Dominick was honorably discharged from the United States Army where he served during WWII as a Paratrooper. He is a former member of Sacred Heart/ St. Stephens RC Church in Brooklyn and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Loretto Council. A avid car loved, Dominick enjoyed playing bingo, bowling and participating in the Jefferson Twsp. Senior Citizens activities. He is predeceased by his wife Theresa, who died in 2000, five siblings and by his son-in-law Frank John. He leaves behind his children; Mary Ann Marchiano of Hamburg, Joseph (Marie) of South Plainfield, Paul (Stephanie) of Colonia, William (Janet) of Brooklyn and Robert (Christine) of Escondido, CA, his sister Angelina DeAngelis of NY, his sister-in-law Margaret Scotto, brother-in-law William Suppa, his nine grandchildren; Frank Marchiano (Shannon,) Michael Marchiano (Giuli-Ann,) Joseph Scotto, Jr., Melissa, Paul Scotto, Jr., Dominick, Andrew, Jaclyn and Nicholas Scotto, and by his great-grandchildren Gianna Grace and Frank Jr. Marchiano. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 beginning 9:15 AM in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa RC Church in South Plainfield. Mausoleum Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
