Devoted Wife Mother and Grandmother

Piscataway - Ana A.(Martinez) Rodriguez, 67, died on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center in New Brunswick.

Born and raised in Colombia, Ana came to the United States in 1977 living in Plainfield, and Edison before settling in Piscataway nearly 20 years ago.

Mrs. Rodriguez worked as a nurses aid at the Central Jersey Jewish Home for the Aged in Somerset, retiring in 2005.

Ana enjoyed to travel, and help others but more importantly she was the center of her family.

Surviving is her husband of 48 years Julio C., her daughter Alexandra Morias and her husband Jose and her son Julio C. Jr. and his wife Ledy all of Piscataway, 3 sisters; Herminda Giraldo, Carmenza Marin, and Graciela Martinez, and 4 brothers; Emilio, Fabio, Hernando, and Aldemar Martinez. Also surviving are her 3 grandchildren; Didier Morias and Alejandro and Julian D. Rodriguez.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield followed by a 10:00 AM funeral mass at St. Mary's RC Church, South Plainfield. (mccriskinfuneralhome.com)

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the funeral home
