Sin Yee Chang, 74, died on April 15, 2015 at home in South Plainfield.
Born in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China, Sinn Yee resided in South Plainfield for many years.
Well known throughout his community, Sin Yee retired after many years of owning and operating Chinese Restaurants in the greater Plainfield area.
He is survived by his wife Yu Ching Cheng; children, Jimmy C. and wife Mei Feng Wu, Tommy K and wife Cindy, Linda M. Cheng and husband See Ho, Daniel C. and wife Meiling Tunk-Cheng, Sammy H. amd Huey H. and wife Jacqueline S.L. Wong; grandsons, Timothy, Benjamin, Brian, Peter, Jayson Justin, Darren and Brandon; granddaughters, Jenny, Jennifer, Melanie, Amanda, Jade, Kerina and Keri and several extend relatives and friends
Funeral Services will be held in morning hours on Monday, April 27, 2015 in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 10AM - 4PM in the funeral home.
