South Plainfield - Rosalie F. ( Godlewicz) Lipka, born January 18, 1939, age 74, died on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Somerset.
Born and raised in Wyoming, PA., Mrs. Lipka resided in Edison prior to settling to South Plainfield in 1971.
Rosalie worked as a Unit Secretary at the former Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. She enjoyed painting along with arts and crafts.
She is predeceased by her husband Stanley who died in 2003.
Surviving are her two sons; Anthony of Lake Hopactong and Stephen of South Plainfield, two sisters; Elaine Gale of Florida and Betty Cefalo of Pennsylvania and her granddaughter Christiana.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 9:15 AM in the McCriksin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield followed by a 10 AM funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield.
Cremation Services will follow privately.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 6-9 PM in the funeral home.
