Obituary of Virginia Goldstein

Virginia Goldstein South Plainfield - Virginia (Cross) Goldstein, 70, died on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the Green Brook Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green Brook. Born in the Bronx, NY, Virginia was raised in Carlstadt prior to settling to South Plainfield in 1970. Mrs. Goldstein worked as a secretary for the South Plainfield Board of Education for many years. She also served as the secretary to the Middle School Principal and during her children's youth she was active with their elementary school activities. Surviving is her husband David, two sons; Craig and his wife Stacy of Hampstead, MD and Brian of Seacacus, her sister Ruth Higgins of Pt. Pleasant two brothers; Ken Cross of NC and Ricky Cross of MA and her granddaughter; Genevieve. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 beginning at 2:00 PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield, NJ 07080 followed by a 3:00 PM funeral service.
