Obituary of Margaret P. Brown

PISCATAWAYMargaret P. Brown, 83 of Piscataway passed away at home on February 22, 2014.Born in Newark New Jersey, she lived in Belleville before moving to Piscataway in 1955. Pat was an active member of the P.T.A., Council for Better Schools and the Republican Club.She was past president of B.P.W. of Metuchen during her tenure as a credit manager at Revlon Inc. She retired from Revlon in 1991 after 32 years in the credit department and devoted her remaining years supporting many animal rights groups.She is predeceased by son Randy in 1987 and her husband John in 1991. She is survived by a brother Charles McGinnis and his wife Trudy of Roswell GA. By her three children, John Brown and his wife Donna of Chesapeak VA, Brian Brown and his wife Kathleen of Millstone NJ and Lori Jamer and her husband Thomas of Chandler AZ. Pat was also blessed with seven grandchildren, Michael, Savannah, Justin, Molly, Randi, James and TravisVisitation will be held Thursday 7-9PM with a prayer service beginning at 8PM at The Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854.
